1st Day Istanbul – Dubai
We meet at 18:00 in front of the AJet Airlines check-in counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After the ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we depart at 21:15 on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF221 to Sharjah Airport.
2nd Day Dubai
We arrive at Sharjah Airport at 03:40 local time. After our luggage procedures, we meet our guide waiting for us at the airport and head to downtown Dubai. After a breakfast break, we start our city tour of Dubai, filled with icons.
We will first visit the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of Dubai. During this time, you can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us. Then, we will take a scenic drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's busiest roads, where we will have the chance to see Dubai's world-famous skyscrapers and shopping malls panoramically. Our next stop will be in Marina, where we will take a photo break to photograph the Palm Island, the third-largest and the first completed island of Dubai. Following that, we will visit Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai's busiest and richest street, where we will see the Burj Al Arab, the only 7-star hotel in the world, panoramically. After our photo break here, we will head to Deira, known as Dubai's old city, where we will explore the Gold Souk, allowing you time for shopping. After the city tour, we return to our hotel. For guests who wish, an extra evening tour will be organized, including dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show. Overnight stay at our hotel.

The first visit of our tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. Built on 400 acres, this resort features 5-star hotels, 29 beachfront villas, 40 restaurants, and a large marketplace along the 2 km long beach. This traditional market, reminiscent of the city of Venice, will be appreciated for its preservation of the region's old architectural features and its wide variety of souvenirs.
Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, known as the largest structure in the world. With an impressive height of 828 meters, the Burj Khalifa (Burj Khalifa) has the title of the world's tallest building. It is named after Khalifa bin Zayed and has more than 160 floors. The next stop of our tour will be the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world, with a capacity of 1200 shops. Here, you can find various electronic shops, souvenirs, and finely processed quality dates as local products. During our visit to the Dubai Mall, you can participate in the Fountain water, sound, and light show.
3rd Day Dubai
After breakfast, there’s free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Dubai Wonders: Dubai Frame and Miracle Garden Tour. Dubai Frame: This architectural marvel designed as a bridge between Dubai’s past and future will be visited. Miracle Garden: We will stroll in a colorful and enchanting garden filled with 45 million flowers. Guests who wish can also join the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, go on a 4x4 safari, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. In the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, experience a buffet dinner and traditional dance shows to unwind from the day's fatigue. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for an overnight stay.

We start our tour by visiting the Dubai Frame building, known as the largest frame in the world, which is 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, to take photos from the outside. This iconic structure frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles and offers an impressive view. Following that, we will visit the Miracle Garden, which houses 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time in the garden to take beautiful photos. Enjoy your time until the specified time.

In the afternoon, our tour begins with a pick-up from our hotel in luxury 4x4 vehicles, where you will experience an exciting safari adventure on the sand dunes. During this time, you may have the chance to see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the best moments is capturing the stunning views created by the sunset. After the safari, we will move to the Bedouin tents, where you can enjoy an evening meal while, watching various stage shows. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can get henna tattoos with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will have the opportunity to taste local flavors at the buffet dinner, while enjoying the entertaining dance shows.
4th Day: Dubai
After breakfast, guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Lunch Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour. Additionally, guests can join the Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour.

We will start our tour with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, which is adorned with white marble. After visiting the mosque, we will continue our panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. The tour will include views of the Ethiad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum, which depicts the old desert lifestyle. We will then proceed to the place where we will have our lunch. After lunch, we will stop for photo opportunities at the world-famous Ferrari World area before heading back to Dubai. At the time indicated by our guide, we will transfer to Sharjah Airport.

In the evening, for guests who wish, we will go on a Marina Dhow Cruise on a luxury yacht. Beneath the spectacular lights of Dubai, you can see the luxurious skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk, accompanied by a buffet dinner and traditional music.
5th Day: Dubai
After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and have the whole day free. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Shopping Tour. After the tour, we will transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.

Before leaving Dubai, a perfect opportunity to complete your shopping! During our tour, you will visit three different shopping points where you can find everything you are looking for. Day2Day Shopping Center: We will make our first stop in this shopping center, where you can find your souvenirs. Mall of the Emirates: You will spend free time in this famous shopping mall, which hosts a ski slope inside. Outlet Mall: After the free time given by our guide, we will move to Outlet Mall, which has discounted products.
Our tour offers the chance to shop and discover Dubai's shopping options. After our visit to Outlet Mall, we will go to Global Village, one of the most entertaining places in the world, consisting of pavilions from various countries. There, you can find souvenirs and food products to shop for, and we will spend an enjoyable evening in the pavilion. At the end of the evening, we will transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. (After November)
6th Day: Dubai- Istanbul
After our arrival at Sharjah Airport, we depart for Istanbul at 03:40 on AJet Airlines flight VF222. We arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 08:00, and our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next organization...

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee is refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency are also refunded to the guest, visa services, and travel health insurance services executed on behalf of the guest for visa applications that have been made cannot be refunded as they are deemed to have been utilized. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of the Agency, they cannot request any refund from the Agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be organized individually for the guest, the package includes only the transportation transfer for inbound/outbound international transfers.
Cancellations and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date, the ticket costs, which do not have the right to cancellation, change, or refund, will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty provided that they notify the Agency in writing until 30 days prior to the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed by the Agency. If less than 31 days remain until the start of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airline ticket cost, and if 15 days or less remain until the start of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full penalty fee of the tour. In the event of a cancellation request, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the timing of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments for refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, archaeological sites, and weather conditions in the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted from inside the vehicle as a panoramic tour that does not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not allow them to be visited, or if the roads are closed due to any activity, as well as in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may need to be conducted using public transportation or on foot in places where vehicle access is not allowed.
8- Our guide can change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the opening status of the museum and archaeological site. This also applies in the event of changes in flight times.
9- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats include: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the vessel and excessive water intake should be avoided. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides about their conditions.
10- If guests do not participate in the services specified in the price section, such as tours or meal services, there is no refund.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
12- There may be delays or schedule changes in scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in flights with ticketed arrangements are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by guests at the airports, through the airline counters, or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. Guests should personally follow this information.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the hours indicated by the airline, do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or perform check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses incurred for passengers who miss the flight, including necessary arrangements such as purchasing new round trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, are the responsibility of the passengers.
18- The general baggage weight limit for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage limit may decrease to 15 kg for those flights. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrades may be made based on availability by the airline (check your membership status with the airline). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the program's tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- In some airlines, food and drink services, as well as online check-in services, may be subject to additional fees.
Other Issues
21- The Agency will not be responsible for any changes or cancellation processes made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- When the hotel(s) are described by category information without mentioning specific names in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- During the tour registration process, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phone abroad, ensure that your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting the service provider.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency communicates requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. It is ensured that the reserved rooms conform to the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally, they are served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
29- In some situations, a double room may be provided instead of a twin-bed room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and room types.
31- Any inquiry for extra beds and baby cots will be provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The additional bed or baby cot capacity in the room is limited to 1 (maximum).
33- Extra bed applications are available in triple rooms, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests accepting triple rooms and/or reservations with children acknowledge their acceptance of possible overcrowding and bed types owing to the extra beds to be added to the standard room.
34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults are declared incorrectly in hotel reservations, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the “single child” matching the age group staying with two adults.
36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment apply. Additional requests during the stay, such as certain extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.), are subject to additional fees from the hotel and are not included in the charges at the time of booking.
37- Some countries have different applications related to city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that may be applied in this way will be charged to the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
38- The travel distances provided in programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and similar situations.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program or the main airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program in case of necessary situations or as deemed appropriate.
40- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications of the participating individuals in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, any costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if any health issues exist, relevant medications and reports.
42- For potential additional expenses, a photo identification/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested at check-in by the hotel. The refund of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip.
2- To ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be printed on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, it is necessary that there are at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for entering these countries does not guarantee entry/exit, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit. The Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the traveler.
4- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using a passport from another country must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is required to renew the passports. In the absence of doing so, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing mutual consent from both parents at border checks; thus, we advise guests under 18 and their parents to be attentive to this issue.
