Day 1: Istanbul – Dubai March 18
Meeting at the Emirates Airlines counter at Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 20:00. After ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart from Istanbul to Dubai airport on Emirates Airlines flight EK118 at 23:40.
Day 2: Dubai March 19
Arrival at Dubai Airport at 04:55 local time. After our luggage procedures, we will meet our driver and guide waiting for us at the airport and then proceed to Dubai, where we will have a breakfast break before starting our tour of Dubai icons and the city. We will begin our tour by seeing the winter palace of the Sheikh of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom. You can take photos with the peacocks that will accompany us during this time. Then, we will tour Dubai’s busiest road, Sheikh Zaeed Street, named after the founder of the Emirate, where we will have a chance to see all the world-renowned skyscrapers and shopping centers of Dubai panoramically along the way. We will then stop at Marina for photos, where we will have the opportunity to capture images of the third largest and the completed first Palm Island of Dubai. After that, we will see Burj Al Arab Hotel, known as the world's only 7-star hotel, panoramically on Jumeirah Beach Road, known as the richest and busiest street in Dubai. After a photo break here, we will move to the old city of Dubai, known as the Deira district, and we will explore the Gold Souk, our last stop on the tour. After the tour, we will head to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the Extra Dinner Tour at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show.

Our first visit in this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. This resort is set on 400 acres and features 5-star hotels, 29 summer villas, 40 restaurants, and a large market along a 2 km long beach. The traditional market, reminiscent of Venice, will appeal to you as it showcases the region’s old architectural features and offers a variety of souvenirs. Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, the world's largest architectural marvel. Standing at 828 meters, it holds the title of the world's tallest building (Burj Khalifa Entrance Fee Not Included), is named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and has over 160 floors. Next, we will visit the Dubai Mall, known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world with a capacity of 1200 shops. You can buy all kinds of electronic goods, relatively affordable souvenirs, and high-quality dates. During our visit to Dubai Mall, you can join the Fountain water, sound, and light show at any time.
Day 3: Dubai March 20
After breakfast, you will have the entire day free. Guests who wish can join the extra Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden & Dragon Mart Tour. Guests can also participate in the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour if they wish. After our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for the overnight stay.

We will visit the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, measuring 150 meters in height and 100 meters in width, to take photos from the outside. After witnessing this iconic design, which frames both Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles, we will visit the world’s largest flower garden, which houses 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time to take great photos. Then we will proceed to Dragon Mart shopping center, where you can purchase various electronics and souvenirs. You will have free time until the specified time. If you wish, you can buy tax-free electronics and visit the outlets of famous brands.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour per person 90 USD!
The tour, which will begin with luxury 4x4 vehicles picking us up from our hotel in the afternoon, offers unforgettable moments while driving on sand dunes, and you may encounter animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. The best moments are when the sun slowly begins to set, providing us with amazing photo opportunities. After this exciting safari, we will go to Bedouin tents where we will enjoy dinner accompanied by many stage shows. In the tent set up in the desert, you can have traditional motifs henna tattoo applied, and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will taste local delicacies with an open buffet dinner, and have a fun time with dance shows during the meal.
Day 4: Dubai March 21
After breakfast, guests who wish can join the extra Lunch Included Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World tour. Also, those who wish can join the extra Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise tour. After our tour, we will have an overnight stay at our hotel.

Our tour begins with the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marbles. After visiting the mosque, we will continue with a panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. Among the places to see are the Etihad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum, which depicts the old desert life. Afterward, we will proceed to the place where we will have lunch. After lunch, we will take photos at the globally renowned Ferrari World area before returning to Dubai.

In the evening, for our guests, we will proceed to the dinner Marina Dhow Cruise tour. We will have the opportunity to see Dubai’s magnificent lights, luxurious skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeriah Beach Residence, historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk views, accompanied by an open buffet dinner and traditional music.
Day 5: Dubai - Istanbul March 22
After breakfast, the entire day is free. Guests who wish can join the extra Shopping Tour. After our extra tour, we will transfer to Dubai Airport at the time determined by our guide. After arriving at the airport, we will depart with Emirates Airlines flight EK117 at 17:45. We will arrive at Istanbul New Airport at 21:55. The end of our tour. Before leaving Dubai, you will have the opportunity to complete all your shopping. We will stop at three locations where you can find all the items you seek, from needle to thread. Our tour will include a visit to the Day2Day shopping center, where you can buy souvenirs, then we will proceed to Mall Of The Emirates, which also has a ski slope. After the free time given by our guide there, we will move on to the Outlet Mall.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if domestic connecting flights are purchased from the Agency, these will also be refunded to the guest, but if visa services have been utilized to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different provider independently of the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event that the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance the financial and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, the provision of the tour for the guest individually will be considered, and the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for the round trip abroad.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, tickets related to transport are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date, there will be a penal charge reflected for these flight ticket amounts that cannot be canceled or changed.
5- Guests have a right to cancel without penalty until 30 days prior to the tour departure date, provided they inform the Agency in writing. In the case that less than 31 days remain until the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty fee amounting to 50% of the remaining tour fee. If cancellation is made 15 days or less before the trip start date, the entire tour fee will be charged as a penalty. In the case of a cancellation request, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the requested cancellation period, so it is necessary to inquire in advance for refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding refunds for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may change at the discretion of the guide, depending on the status of museums and historical sites being open/closed and weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany our guests.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with explanations from the guide from within the vehicle, not including entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The Agency is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours if they cannot be carried out due to local authority restrictions or closed roads or due to weather conditions that render the tour impossible, including for other tours specified in the program. Some tours may take place using public transport or on foot at locations where access is restricted.
8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the status of the museum and historical sites being open or closed. This condition also applies to any changes in flight times.
9- Important considerations for tours conducted by Speed Boats; heavy meals and excessive water consumption should be avoided just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints such as stomach, back, neck issues, and pregnant guests must inform their guides.
10- There is no refund for the services included in the prices of tours or meal services if participation is not provided.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
14- According to airline regulations; if the departure flight of round-trip purchased airline tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced at the airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored by the guests personally.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport during the hours indicated by the airline regulations, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who completed these procedures on time but missed the flight. All expenses regarding obtaining new airline tickets for necessary travel for those who miss the flight and transfers at the destination will be borne by them.
18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg for these flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed based on the availability of the airline (check the airline to which you are a member) after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check if the program's tickets are from an upgradeable class.
20- In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to additional charges.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest contacting the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will be valid.
22- When hotel names are only provided with category information or offered as options for the same destination in the tour program, this will be communicated to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than specified locations or distances. In such cases, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to accurately enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is activated for international use by consulting the company your line belongs to.
26- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms correspond to the guest's preferences depending on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests is subject to availability upon check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast offered at the hotels may differ from the rich breakfast habits commonly found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
29- In some cases, twin rooms may instead consist of double beds. Many European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel's room types.
31- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, which is smaller than standard beds assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests accept that there may be tightness in rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms for triple rooms and/or reservations with children.
34- If the number of children and their ages who will be staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine the ages of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid for the age group that applies to the “single child” staying with 2 adults.
36- The exchange rate during the day is reflected in prices in TL. The current exchange rates apply during payment. Additional requests, some extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to extra charges. These costs are not included in the payment at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes applied this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.
38- The distances given in programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program when necessary or in compulsory situations.
40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or to the person are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports for any health issues with them.
42- For any extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must have passports valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel.
2- In order for a stamp to be placed on your passport at border crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages available in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries visited in this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit; in this case, the Agency is not responsible, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- For guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using another country’s passport, it is necessary to personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country of travel, otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn out, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to provide a document showing their parents' joint consent at border crossings, so guests under 18 and their parents are advised to be diligent about this matter.
