Day 1 Istanbul - Dubai
Meeting at 20:00 in front of the Emirates Airlines counter at the Istanbul New Airport International Departure Terminal. After check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Dubai Airport on Emirates Airlines flight EK118 at 23:40.
Day 2 Dubai
Arrival at Dubai Airport at 04:55 local time. After our baggage procedures, we will meet our guide and vehicle waiting for us in the arrival area, then head to Dubai. After a breakfast break, we will start our city tour of Dubai's iconic landmarks. We will begin our tour by visiting the winter palace of the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. You can take pictures with the peacocks accompanying us during this visit. Afterward, we will travel along Sheikh Zaeed Street, the busiest road in Dubai named after the founder of the Emirates, and we will get a chance to see all the world-renowned skyscrapers and shopping centers of Dubai panoramically. With a photo break at Marina, we will have the opportunity to photograph the 3rd largest and completed Palm Island. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach Road, known as the richest and busiest street in Dubai, where we will see the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, the only 7-star hotel in the world, panoramically. After a photo break here, we will head to the Deira district, known as the old town of Dubai, and explore the Gold Souk, which is the last stop of our tour. After the tour, we will head to our hotel. For those interested, there will be an Extra Dinner Tour at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show.

Our first visit in this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. Built on an area of 400 acres, this resort contains 5-star hotels, 29 villas, 40 restaurants, and a large bazaar along its 2 km long beach. This traditional shopping area evokes the city of Venice and will surely delight you with its old architectural characteristics and a wide variety of souvenir items. Our second stop is Burj Khalifa, the world's largest architecture. Standing at 828 meters, it is the tallest building in the world (Burj Khalifa entry fee is not included), named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and has over 160 floors. Our next stop on the tour is the Dubai Mall, known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world, boasting 1200 shops. Here you can purchase all kinds of electronics, relatively inexpensive souvenirs, and high-quality local products such as processed dates. During our Dubai Mall visit, you can join the Fountain water, sound, and light show at any time.
Day 3 Dubai
After breakfast, enjoy a free day. Guests can participate in the extra Dubai’s Best Tour including Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden & Dragon Mart. Participants can also join the evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. After the tours, we will transfer back to our hotel and stay overnight.

We will visit the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, which is 150 meters tall and 100 meters wide, to take photos. After seeing this iconic design framing Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles, we will visit the world's largest flower garden, which contains 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time to take great photos. Then we will proceed to Dragon Mart Shopping Center to purchase many electronics and souvenirs. You will have free time until the specified hour. You can buy tax-free electronics and explore the outlets of famous brands.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour is 90 USD per person!
The tour will start in the afternoon when you will be picked up from your hotel in luxurious 4x4 vehicles. During the tour, you can have unforgettable moments while driving over the sand dunes, and you may see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. Of course, the best moment is when the sun is slowly setting, providing us with a wonderful photo opportunity. After this thrilling safari, we will go to the Bedouin tents where we will watch many stage performances while having dinner. In the Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can have a henna tattoo done with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will also taste local flavors with a buffet set up here, and have a fun time enjoying the dance shows during dinner.
Day 4 Dubai
After breakfast, guests can join the Extra Lunch Tour to Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World. Also, participants can join the evening Extra Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour. We will stay overnight at our hotel.

We will start our tour at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marble. After our visit to the mosque, we will continue with a panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. Places to visit include the Etihad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum narrating the old desert life. Afterward, we will move on to have our lunch. Following our meal, we will stop at the world-famous Ferrari World area for photographs before returning to Dubai.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour is 85 USD per person.
In the evening, those interested will proceed to our dinner boat tour at Marina Dhow. We will have the opportunity to see the magnificent lights of Dubai along with luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye and Jumeirah Beach Residence, as well as the historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, and the views of Dubai Gold Souk and Spice Souk while enjoying a buffet-style dinner accompanied by traditional music.
Day 5 Dubai - Istanbul
After breakfast, enjoy a free day. Guests can join the Extra Shopping Tour. After the Extra Tour, we will transfer to Dubai Airport at the time determined by our guide. After our arrival at the airport, we will depart with Emirates Airlines flight EK117 at 17:45. Upon arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 21:55, our tour ends. We hope to see you on our next tour...
Extra Tour: Shopping Tour is 45 USD per person!
Before leaving Dubai, you will have the opportunity to complete all your shopping. We will stop at three locations where you can find everything you are looking for. Our tour will include a visit to the Day2Day shopping center where you can buy souvenirs, following which we will go to the Mall of the Emirates, which also features a ski slope. After free time here, we will head to the Outlet Mall.
GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In this case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour amount is refunded to the guest. In the case of refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, but if a visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized. However, if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance can be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independently from the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in case the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the foreign departure-return airport transfer.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets related to transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the flight ticket prices, for which there is no right to cancel, change, or refund, will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airplane tickets that have already been paid and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. In cases where there are 31 days or less until the trip starts, guests may cancel by paying a penalty fee equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket amount, and in cases where there are 15 days or less until the trip starts, guests may cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the refund policies for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request time, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the cancellation refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites visited, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general introduction to the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours done from the vehicle with guidance narration, which do not include museum or historical site entrances. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours if they are prohibited by local authorities for any reason, or if they cannot take place due to bad weather conditions. Some tours may have to be carried out by public transport or on foot due to closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not allowed, according to the conditions.
8- Depending on the number of participants, the closure of the museum and historical sites, our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the tour content. This applies also to changes that may occur in flight schedules.
9- Important points to consider for our tours conducted by Speed Boats; guests should avoid eating heavy meals or drinking too much water just before boarding the boat. Guests who have stomach, back, neck complaints, or are pregnant should inform their guides about their conditions.
10- There is no refund for not participating in the tour or meal services included in the prices.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the provisions of Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations by purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations; return tickets purchased as round-trip flights will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not taken.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities for those participating in flights, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests themselves before the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for any guests who are not present at the specified airport at the reported times in accordance with airline rules, do not perform check-in and boarding on time, or miss the plane despite having completed these procedures. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers, etc., due to missing the flight will be borne by the guests.
18- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed after the tickets are issued depending on the availability of the airline (check your membership with the airline). A mileage guarantee is not provided for each flight. Check if the tickets for the program can be upgraded.
20- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services.
Other Issues
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation carried out by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In that case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where hotels are specified only by their category information and/or alternative options are provided for the same destination without naming the hotels, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used farther than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will inform 15 days before the tour departure.
24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information regarding flight ticket cancellations or changes will be reflected to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check whether your phone is activated for international use by contacting the company it belongs to before leaving Turkey.
26- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the checkout time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort will be made for the reserved rooms to meet the guest's preferences according to hotel availability. However, the fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast that is usually expected. Generally, they are served as a limited selection of what is called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group.
29- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policies may vary depending on the hotel's room types.
31- All requests for extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed assigned to the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made of foldable and coach bed types. Guests accept the possible crowding and bed type that may occur due to extra beds added to the standard room in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children.
34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults is reported incorrectly in hotel reservations, related hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest providing the incorrect information. The hotel may request identification for age determination for children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to "one child" in the age group staying with two adults.
36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. Exchange rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests, some extra services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) you receive at the hotel will be subject to additional fees by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes, applied at the entrance or exit, will be collected from the guest by the hotel.
38- The road distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, roadwork and conditions, and other similar factors.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program where necessary or deemed appropriate.
40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications of participating persons are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. Expenses incurred during the return of forgotten items found will be borne by the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medications and reports if they have any health issues.
42- Upon check-in at the hotel, official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit for possible extra expenses may be requested by the hotel. The return of deposits requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and the Agency has no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of the travel date.
2- To have an entry-exit stamp in your passport at customs crossings, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
3- Having a visa exemption or having obtained a visa to enter the countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit to the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will join the tour using their other passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to, otherwise the Agency will not be held responsible for the consequences.
5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under 18 years old may be asked to provide a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent during country entry-exits, so it is advised that young guests and their parents are sensitive about this matter.
