1st Day Istanbul – Dubai
Meeting at 19:00 in front of the AJet Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport's International Departure Terminal. After the ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we depart to Dubai International Airport at 21:45 on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF143.
2nd Day Dubai
Arrival at Dubai International Airport at 02:45 local time. After our luggage procedures, we meet our guide waiting for us at the airport and head to our hotel for overnight accommodation. After settling into our rooms and a short break, we move to the city center of Dubai and begin our city tour of Dubai's icons.
We will start our tour by visiting the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of the United Arab Emirates. During this time, you can take pictures with the peacocks accompanying us. Next, we will take a panoramic journey along Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's busiest roads, to see the world's famous skyscrapers and shopping malls. Our next stop will be Marina, where we will have a photo break to capture images of the third largest Palm Island of Dubai. Then, we will visit the Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai's most vibrant and affluent street, to see the Burj Al Arab, the world's only 7-star hotel, from a panoramic view. After a photo break here, we will head to the old city of Dubai, known as Deira, where we will explore the Gold Souk for shopping opportunities. After the city tour, we will return to our hotel. For those interested, an optional evening meal tour to Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Fountain Show will be organized. Overnight stay at our hotel.

The first visit of our tour will be to Madinat Jumeirah. This resort, built on 400 acres, features 5-star hotels, 29 villas, 40 restaurants, and a large market along its 2 km long beach. This traditional bazaar, reminiscent of the city of Venice, will be appreciated for its ancient architectural features and wide variety of souvenirs.
Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, known as the largest architecture in the world. Standing at 828 meters, the Burj Khalifa (Burj Khalifa) holds the title of the tallest building in the world, named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and has more than 160 floors. Our next stop will be the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the world with a capacity of 1200 shops. Here you can find all kinds of electronic stores, souvenirs, and local products like high-quality dates. During our visit to Dubai Mall, you can enjoy the Fountain water, sound, and light show.
3rd Day Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Those who wish can join the optional Dubai Wonders: Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden, and Shopping Tour. Dubai Frame: We will visit this architectural wonder designed as a bridge between Dubai's past and future; Miracle Garden: We will stroll through a colorful and enchanting garden filled with 45 million flowers. Additionally, those who wish can join the optional Evening Meal Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, go on a safari with 4x4 cars, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. After the safari, you will have an open buffet dinner in a Bedouin camp and enjoy traditional dance performances to relieve the fatigue of the day. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and spend the night there.
Optional Tour: Dubai Wonders - Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden Tour $70!
We will start our tour by visiting the Dubai Frame, known as the world's largest frame, to take photos from the outside. This iconic structure frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different perspectives and offers an impressive view. Afterwards, we will visit the Miracle Garden, which houses 250 million plants and 50 million flowers, the largest flower garden in the world. There will be free time for you to take amazing photos in the garden. Free time until the specified hour.
Optional Tour: Evening Meal Desert Safari Tour $90 per person!
The tour will begin in the afternoon when we are picked up from our hotel in luxury 4x4 vehicles. Experience an exhilarating safari adventure on the sand dunes. During this time, you might spot animals such as camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the most beautiful moments will be when you capture the breathtaking view as the sun sets. After the safari, we will head to the Bedouin tents where you can enjoy an open buffet dinner while watching various stage performances. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can get henna tattoos with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies at the open buffet dinner while enjoying dance shows during the meal.
4th Day: Dubai
After breakfast, those who wish can participate in the optional Lunch Meal Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour. Additionally, those who want can join the optional Evening Meal Marina Dhow Cruise Tour. Overnight until the transfer time determined by our guide.
Optional Tour: Lunch Meal Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour – $100 per person
We will start our tour at Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the 4th largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marble. After our visit to the mosque, we will continue our panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. During the tour, you will see Etihad Towers, the most expensive hotel in the world, Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum which describes the old desert lifestyle. We will proceed to the place where we will have our lunch. After lunch, we will pause for photos in the world-renowned Ferrari World area and then return to Dubai. At the designated time by our guide, we will transfer to Sharjah Airport.
Optional Tour: Evening Meal Marina Dhow Cruise Tour – $85 per person
In the evening, for those interested, we will set off on a Marina Dhow Cruise in a luxury boat. Under the magnificent lights of Dubai, you will be able to see the views of luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, historic buildings of old Dubai, windcatchers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk with an open buffet dinner and traditional music.
5th Day: Dubai - Istanbul
Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After our arrival at Dubai Airport, we will depart to Istanbul at 04:35 on AJet Airlines flight VF144. After arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 08:40, our tour concludes. We hope to see you in our next organization...

• Tourism Dirham / Hotel Tax (this tax, determined according to the hotel category, will be paid directly by the guest at the hotel reception) (for 2 and 3 star hotels 10 AED per night (approximately 3 Euro), for 4 star hotels 15 AED per night (approximately 4 Euro), for 5 star hotels 20 AED per night (approximately 5 Euro)).
GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency can cancel the tour until 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. In the case of additional services purchased outside of the tour, domestic connecting flights purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance cannot be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using these services. If no visa application has been made, cancellation of the visa and travel health insurance will be executed, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of the Agency, in the event that the tour is canceled by the Agency, the guest cannot demand any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not to cancel the tour. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the round-trip airport transfer abroad.
Cancellation and Change
4- In our tours, transportation tickets are arranged at the time of reservation. In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the airfare for these flights, which cannot be canceled, will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing until 30 days before the tour departure date, except for plane tickets paid to the airline and/or guaranteed by the Agency. In cases where there are 31 days or less until the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour price from the flight ticket price, and in cases where there are 15 days or less until the start date of the trip, can cancel by paying the full tour price as a penalty. If a cancellation is requested, refunds for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so prior inquiry is necessary to understand the refund terms. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are panoramic tours conducted from within the vehicle with guide narration, not including museum or historical site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be the responsibility of the Agency if they cannot be conducted due to closure of areas by local authorities, or adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if access is restricted by closed roads or lack of vehicle entry.
8- The guide can make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the closed status of museums and historical sites, depending on the content of our tours. This is also valid in case of changes that may occur in flight times.
9- For our tours carried out by Speed Boats, guests should pay attention to the following: heavy meals should not be eaten just before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There is no refund for non-participation in the tour or meal services included in the prices.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The guest accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flight-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the respective airline counters, or online via the airline's websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information panels. Guests must follow this information personally.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times reported in accordance with airline rules for tour participation, those who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses regarding arranging new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the destination region, in the event of missing the flight, are the responsibility of the guests.
18- The general luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class) can do so based on the availability of the airline (please check with your airline membership). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Please check if the program tickets are eligible for upgrade.
20- Meals and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges with some airlines.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly by the guest contacting the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where the hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided or offered as options for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further than specified locations or distances. In such cases, the Agency will provide information 15 days before the trip date.
24- When registering for the purchased tour; the name as per the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered and declared correctly in the system by the guest. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for any cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the company your line belongs to before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are reported to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences, according to the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast usually expected. Generally, it is provided as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
29- In some cases, instead of a double room, it may be a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can often be combined when necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel's room types.
31- Any extra bed and baby crib will be provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is a maximum of 1.
33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding and bed type changes in triple rooms or bookings with children due to the addition of extra beds.
34- If the number of children to stay with adults and their ages are reported erroneously in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the erroneous declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine the ages of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply to one "single child" within the age group when staying with two adults.
36- Exchange rates during the day reflect in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and extra services that you may receive at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel and are not included in the prices paid at the time of booking.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes in practice are collected by the hotel from the guest during entry or exit.
38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical locations of the country visited, road works, and other conditions.
39- The Agency may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of compulsory situations or as deemed necessary.
40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Any expenses incurred while delivering forgotten items back to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any medical issues they may have, along with relevant medications and reports.
42- For possible extra expenses, at check-in, the hotel may require an official photo identification/passport and credit card or cash deposit requested by official institutions. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency intervenes in no way.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must have passports valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.
2- For customs crossings/border checkpoints, to ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be placed in your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country, and the Agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country to be visited; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- To avoid issues with customs officers at the borders of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; the passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware of the possibility that immigration officers may request a document showing the joint consent of both parents for entry-exit; thus, it is advisable for those under 18 and their parents to be cautious in this matter.
