Both packages include the same tour program: desert driving with 4x4 vehicles (dune bashing), camel riding, sandboarding, traditional dance shows, and dinner, all activities are shared.

The difference is in the services and seating arrangement provided at the camp:

• Standard Package:
• Guests are welcomed in the common seating area used by all at the camp. The seating arrangement may vary according to the camp structure; meals are taken from the common buffet area used by all guests.
• Premium Package:
• Guests are hosted in a designated private section of the camp, in a more comfortable area. Additionally, a separate buffet dining area, apart from the standard area, is used. It offers the opportunity to dine and watch performances in a quieter and more comfortable atmosphere.

Children under the age of 3 can participate in the Dubai Desert Safari Tour for free, provided they travel in their parent's lap.

Full fare is charged for children aged 3 and over, and a seat is allocated to them in the vehicle to ensure their safe travel.

If you require a baby seat, you must inform us in advance during the reservation. Seats are provided based on availability.

• The Dubai Desert Safari Tour lasts approximately 7 hours, including hotel pickup and drop-off. During the winter months, hotel transfers typically start between 14:00 – 14:30 and the tour ends around 21:00 – 21:30.
• In the summer months, the tour starts later; pickup times from the hotel are usually between 15:00 – 15:30, and the return time is around 22:00 – 22:30.

Pickup and drop-off times may vary slightly depending on the location of your hotel. The entire tour is conducted in a single evening, as an intense but enjoyable program.

During the tour, comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing should be preferred. Since it can be hot during the daytime, lightweight and cotton clothes, closed shoes or sandals are recommended. As it can get cool in the evenings during winter months, bringing a light jacket or shawl is advisable.

Yes, our campsite has separate, regularly cleaned toilets for men and women. There are also sinks and hand-washing areas available.

Our camp stands out as one of the best desert camps in Dubai in terms of hygiene and infrastructure standards. We aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment, especially for families and guests with children.

Complimentary drinking water is offered at the campsite, and options for tea, coffee, and various non-alcoholic beverages are also available for our guests.

Yes, pregnant guests and families with babies can participate in the Dubai Desert Safari Tour.

However, the "dune bashing" section of the tour, which involves bumpy rides on 4x4 vehicles over sand dunes, is not recommended for health reasons. Therefore, pregnant guests and families with babies may prefer to wait at the rest area near the desert instead of participating in this part.

Under the guidance of the tour guide, they will safely wait in the resting area and then proceed to the campsite section to continue the tour program with shows, meals, and other activities.

Yes. Sand surfing is a fun and free activity offered in all of our safari tours. During the tour, a break is taken at one of the most beautiful and suitably sloped sand dunes in the desert. The sand surfing boards stored in our vehicles' trunks are prepared by your driver, and all guests can take turns experiencing sand surfing. No technical knowledge or experience is required; it is a pleasant and safe activity that everyone can participate in.
