- Location: Wafi City Mall, 1st Floor (above the Main Atrium) – Dubai
- Opening Hours:
- Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Last Entry: 1 hour before closing
- Ticket: Date-based. Showing the QR code is sufficient
- Children: Must be accompanied by an adult for ages 13 and under
- Aya Ball Pit experience requires wearing socks and being at least 1 meter tall
- Not suitable for those sensitive to light or sound
- Children aged 0–3 and People of Determination (persons with disabilities) + 1 attendant enter for free (tickets must be obtained from the information desk, ID may be required)

- Entrance is free for individuals with disabilities (People of Determination) and 1 companion. Appropriate identification or documentation may be required at the entrance.
- Only visitors who are 1 meter and taller are allowed in the Aya Ball Pit area, and socks are mandatory.
- AYA is a digital experience that includes bright lights, loud sounds, and dark areas. It may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to such stimuli.
- Entrance to all experience areas is provided free of charge with the ticket you purchase. No additional fees are required.
- Inside, personal photo and video shooting with mobile phones is allowed. However, professional cameras, tripods, lighting, etc. are not permitted.
- Children under 13 are not admitted alone. An adult must accompany them.
- The average visit duration is 2 hours. You can explore all experience areas within this time from the moment of entry.
- Your ticket QR code can be scanned from a mobile device; there is no need to print it.
