3. Reservation and Payment Terms

All reservations are made through our website or direct communication.
Payments are conducted through secure infrastructures (3D Secure, SSL certified systems).
Triponix Travel does not have access to payment card information and does not store this information.
Reservations confirmed by payment are subject to the terms of the selected service.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to use the service only for its intended purpose.
It is prohibited to make false declarations, violate others' rights, or misuse the service.
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the information provided during the reservation is accurate and complete.

5. Health, Safety, and Legal Compliance

Triponix Travel cannot be held responsible for risks arising from the user's individual health conditions.
In mandatory situations (e.g., weather conditions, official bans), tours may be canceled or altered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents on the website (texts, visuals, logos, videos) belong to Triponix Travel. They cannot be reproduced, published, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Triponix Travel does not bear direct responsibility for the errors of service providers (e.g., transportation companies, park management).
Natural disasters, official bans, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances may lead to the cancellation or alteration of the service. In such cases, alternatives may be offered; however, monetary compensation is not guaranteed.

8. Cancellation, Change, and Refund Terms
