- This service only covers hotels and addresses in Dubai.
- The driver generally speaks English; you can request a driver who speaks your language, but it is not guaranteed.
- For transfers from the airport to the hotel, meet and greet service and parking fees are included in the price.
- If you have little luggage, one child can be added as the 11th person in the vehicle.
- If you have excess luggage, please request an extra vehicle or a larger capacity.
- You need to provide your flight number and estimated arrival time on the day of your arrival.
