Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Triponix Travel, we adopt a transparency principle in our reservation and cancellation processes while providing quality and reliable service to our guests. The refund policy outlined below provides a general framework applicable to all reservation transactions.

1. Cancellation and Refund Process

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the service begins.
  • The cancellation period for each tour or service is explicitly stated in the product description. It is recommended to examine these periods carefully before making a reservation.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Generally, full refunds are possible for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance for many tours.
  • For some tours, the cancellation period may be 48 hours, 72 hours, or longer (for example, helicopter tours, balloon tours, and personalized services).
  • No refunds will be made if the tour, activity, or service is not canceled in accordance with the cancellation period.

3. Non-Refundable Services

For the following products, refunds are mostly not possible, subject to the cancellation conditions set at the time of purchase:

  • Timed tickets: (Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, theme parks, etc.)
  • Promotional tickets for which date changes or cancellations are not possible after booking

4. Refund Method and Duration

  • Refund transactions will be conducted via the payment method used.
  • Refunds for credit and debit cards are completed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.
  • For cash payments, refunds are made only via bank transfer.
  • Note: All payment transactions are conducted through secure infrastructures. Triponix Travel does not have access to card information, and such information is not stored by us.

5. Refund Denial and Notification

  • Cancellation requests that do not comply with the conditions will be denied.
  • The reason for denial will be communicated in writing.

6. Policy Updates

Triponix Travel reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy. Updated versions will be valid from the moment they are published on our website.
