- The Night Tour is a panoramic bus tour; it does not include a Dhow Cruise or any other boat tour.
- Red and Blue Route operating hours: First departure at 09:00, last departure at 17:00.
- The average interval between services is 20–30 minutes.
- Night Tour departure: 19:00, Dubai Mall.
- Children under 3 years old are free (as long as they do not occupy a seat). A child ticket applies for ages 3–11, and an adult ticket applies for ages 12 and over.

Frequently Asked Questions
All standard tickets cover the Red Route (City Tour) and the Blue Route (Beach Tour). The Night Tour follows a separate panoramic route.
The first departure for the Red and Blue Route is at 09:00, and the last departure is at 17:00. The average interval between trips is 20-30 minutes. The Night Tour starts at 19:00 from Dubai Mall.
In the Discover, Essential, and Explore tickets, a Dhow Cruise on Dubai Creek is included. The Night Tour does not include the Dhow Cruise.
Your ticket will be sent via email as a QR code after your purchase. You can scan this code for entry when boarding the bus.
The Essential ticket includes entry to the Lost Chambers Aquarium, while the Explorer ticket includes entry to one of the Lost Chambers Aquarium, Ambassador Lagoon, or Madame Tussauds. You can inform us of your preference after making the reservation.
